About the Team

People spend fifteen seconds with an Orb, but a lifetime with the World App. As such, the App team plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission. Using the App, people can join the World network, participate in decentralized finance in a friendly and self-custodial manner, and use their World ID to unlock services across the ecosystem. The Growth team is responsible for driving World’s biggest priority across the entirety of the business: reaching critical scale.

About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth Lifecycle at Tools for Humanity, you will own the full user journey; from acquisition and onboarding through activation, retention, and long-term engagement. This is a critical, high-impact role at the heart of World’s growth and scale, driving the most strategically important parts of our user experience.

  • Own the entire user lifecycle: From acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and engagement - driving measurable growth across all stages.

  • Lead and optimize the onboarding experience, including “get started” guides and first-time user flows, to ensure smooth activation and early success.

  • Design and manage user communications, including in-app messages, push notifications, and lifecycle campaigns that deepen engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data science, engineering, and marketing to align on growth strategies and execute at scale.

  • Own and evolve the World App homepage, leveraging machine learning to deliver personalized, context-aware content and smart user suggestions.

  • Use data and experimentation to identify growth opportunities, run A/B tests, and measure the impact of product changes across key lifecycle metrics.

  • Champion a strong culture of experimentation, using insights to continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.

  • Advocate for global users, ensuring product experiences are localized, culturally relevant, and impactful in diverse international markets.

  • Influence across the organization, driving alignment on growth priorities and inspiring teams to execute effectively against shared goals.

  • Bring prior hands-on experience in managing user activation and retention at scale, leveraging both product intuition and analytical rigor.

About You:

  • You have 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record driving growth across activation, retention, and engagement funnels.

  • You are experienced in Performance Marketing, SEO.

  • You are highly data-driven, comfortable digging into metrics, collaborating with analysts and data scientists, and making evidence-based decisions.

  • You’ve worked in international or multi-market environments, and understand the importance of localization and cultural nuance in driving global growth.

  • You’re both strategic and execution-oriented. You’re able to define the vision for lifecycle growth while ensuring measurable progress toward key outcomes.

  • Proven ability to design processes, navigate ambiguous environments, and synthesize high-level goals into actionable roadmaps.

  • Obsessed with building delightful products, placing great care on user experience.

  • You have a bias towards action, a high sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles): The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $220,000 - $280,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
